The Messenger

"The Messenger" is a project in which I explored woodworking techniques and gained hands-on experience with various power tools. I transformed a 2x4 piece of wood into a modern reinterpretation of Hermes' winged sandals, reimagining them as a Converse shoe.

 

As a symbol of a messenger, this piece serves as a call to action, urging awareness of the urgent threats and devastation facing our oceans and their ecosystems.
